Returns Policy

We understand that you might be buying for someone else as a gift and that they might not share your taste and so we offer a 14 day return policy providing that the item is returned in its packaging and is unworn. We ask that you notify us and return the item by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is at your own expense.  We can only refund to the original card details once we receive the item.

If in the unlikely event that your chosen piece of jewellery develops a fault we will of course either offer a repair or a refund.

We do not offer an exchange on commissioned items.

We will refund within 1 month of receiving the returned item.
