If you happen to buy from us in a face to face transaction you will notice that we use a SumUp card machine.  This is a third party transaction company who are bound by financial rules and regulations and they will not pass on any of your financial details to us or anyone else.  If you opt to have a receipt you will asked to enter your email address on the machine or phone.  That information generates a receipt to you from SumUp direct, so we will not have or hold your information.

If you choose to buy from our website you will be redirected through to PayPal to complete your transaction and again we will only receive your physical address and your email address.  This, or the delivery address if different, is all the information we need to deliver your goods.  We do not retain any of your information on our devices or anywhere else in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, however, we will receive analytical data (numerical and geographical) from our website provider to enable us to monitor site traffic.  

If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter we will retain your email address only and you have the right to unsubscribe at any time.  We will send a monthly newsletter with updates, discounts and news.
